We offered this as an upgrade to our older unit. It comes with three baskets which is very good, warmths up in an inexpensive period of time. Problem is in recovery time. Once you set something in the oil, eg fries, the oil temp drops like a rock and takes endlessly to come again up. The oil temp drops about seventy five degs. in an instant. Temp probe used to be off by 50 deg.
It does what it is supposed to only now not very neatly. I counsel spending a few more $$$ on a niceer unit. If you've got your coronary heart set on this 1, purchase the unit without the digital keep watch overs.

But, there appears to be a number of thing extras I failed to like. 1.) it's essential to set the timer to place it on. Normally now not a massive deal however with it being digital and best an up and down arrow it takes awhile. Also make sure to set it lengthy enough to do all your cooking. 2.) The lid does not moderately match with basket in. Just just a little awkward. 3.) You can not retailer it with oil in it. With the lid a bit awkward and has slit kind gaps (I bet I would name them gaps)there is worry of something coming into the oil(bugs,dust,etc.). All in all it serves its objective but to claim easy clean can be a stretch. The best method to empty is wait until it can be cool and choose up the within pan and pour into one thing else. It's massive so it's heavy and a great opportunity of creating a tremendousger mess looking to smooth one up. Wish I would of understand this sooner than I bought it.
